Variety description

The variety forms a compact clump 17.5 to 30 cm in height. The leaves are dark green with a silvery bloom and a characteristic creamy-silvery margin along the edge. Flowering occurs in early spring, in the period from March to May, with bright coral raspberry-red flowers.
The plant is intended for decorative gardening, used as a groundcover for landscaping borders, shady areas, and growing in containers. The variety is winter hardy, suitable for USDA zones 4–9, and possesses relative resistance to sunburn. It prefers partial shade or shade, as well as moist fertile soils, while in hot and humid conditions it can be affected by powdery mildew.
