The fruits of the PremP109 variety have a round shape resembling an apple, greenish-yellow skin, and a pronounced red-pink blush. The flesh of the fruits has a juicy, crisp texture and a mild sweet taste. The variety belongs to late-summer or early-autumn maturity groups.
The plant has good fruit keeping quality, retaining its characteristics for 3–4 months under proper storage conditions. Resistance to leaf scab has been noted for this variety. There are difficulties with pollination during cultivation, requiring the selection of compatible pollinator varieties; sensitivity to climatic conditions for achieving maximum yield is also noted.
