Root crops have a spherical or round-flattened shape with a diameter of 2.5 to 4.5 cm. The skin is thin, carmine-red in color, often with a white spot at the base. The flesh is matte white, sometimes with a pinkish hue, characterized by juiciness, a crunchy structure, and a mild taste.
The variety is suitable for spring and autumn harvesting, maintaining good marketability after harvest. The variety is sensitive to summer heat and drought, which increase the risk of bolting, therefore it shows the best results under conditions of moderate temperatures and short daylight hours.
