Variety description

The shrub has a semi-spherical shape and grows slowly. At the age of 10 years, the plant reaches a height of 25–30 cm and a width of up to 80 cm, while at maturity the height does not exceed 60 cm. The foliage is semi-deciduous; the leaves are oval-shaped and dark green.

Flowering is abundant; the flowers are bell-shaped, consisting of 5 deeply divided petals with characteristic fine purple speckling and long stamens. Flowering continues from mid-April to the end of May.

The variety is intended for landscape design, in particular for rock gardens and the foreground of floral arrangements. The plant requires acidic soils and prefers partial shade, while being capable of adapting to various levels of illumination.
