Adapanco (trade name Marie Caroline) belongs to the group of hybrid tea roses. The bush is upright and compact, reaching a height of 70–90 cm and a width of 40–60 cm. The foliage is large, dark green, and glossy.

Flowers with a diameter of 12–15 cm have a double structure (about 50 petals) and an English rose style form, varying from cup-shaped to quartered. The petal color is coral-pink with an orange tint.

The plant is remontant, with a flowering period lasting from June until frosts. The variety is characterized by high vase life of cut flowers and is recommended for solitary or group plantings, use in borders, flowerbeds, and cultivation in containers.
