The plant is an upright deciduous shrub, reaching a height of about 0.8 m with a crown width of 0.6 m. The stems are covered with thorns; the foliage is pinnate, consisting of dark green, ovate, serrated leaflets.

The flowers are large, double, pink, and have a light fragrance. The flowering period covers the time from late spring to autumn. The variety can be cultivated on various soil types provided there is good drainage and an adequate moisture level.

The plant is intended for use in ornamental gardening as a park or shrub rose. Achieving the maximum size of the bush takes from two to five years.
