Variety description

The variety Delstriro belongs to the hybrid tea rose group and is a spontaneous mutation of the variety Delego. The plant forms a tall, vigorous bush 100 to 160 cm in height with stems that are almost thornless. The foliage is dark green and semi-glossy.

The flowers are large, double, have a classic chalice shape, and consist of 30–40 petals. The primary red background of the petals is decorated with carmine-red stripes and streaks. The variety is characterized by continuous flowering from spring to late autumn.

The plant has good disease resistance and winter hardiness. The variety is suitable for forcing, and the cut flowers are capable of maintaining freshness in a vase for up to 7–10 days.
