The Harkover (Letchworth Garden City) variety belongs to the floribunda rose group, whose representatives are distinguished by prolonged or repeat flowering. The plant was bred by breeders at the Harkness Roses nursery, whose program is aimed at creating varieties with high foliage resistance to diseases.

This variety is intended for ornamental use. Precise quantitative characteristics of bush height or disease resistance indicators are not presented in open sources.
