The Highgrove climbing rose is a vigorous bush 200–240 cm tall, sometimes up to 300 cm. The flowers are large, 8–10 cm in diameter, double, dark red with a purple or cherry hue and a faint citrus scent. The variety is characterized by abundant repeat flowering and good disease resistance.
The Highgrove shrub rose reaches a height of 1.2–1.5 m and has a spreading crown. Its flowers are pale pink, very double, and gathered in clusters. The plant has a strong fruity scent with notes of lemon and myrrh, high disease resistance, and winter hardiness corresponding to USDA zone 5.
