The variety Flaming Star (KORtaltal) belongs to the hybrid tea rose group. The bush is characterized by a compact upright form, reaching a height of about 75 cm and a width of 45 cm. The foliage is dark green, leathery, with a pronounced glossy sheen.

The flowers are double, large, 8–10 cm in diameter, and gathered in small inflorescences. The petal color is yellow with a red edge along the margins; the fragrance is light and fruity. The variety is repeat-flowering, and the flowering period continues from June to September.

The plant has good disease resistance. The winter hardiness of the variety allows it to withstand temperature drops down to –15...–20°C.
