The variety belongs to the hybrid tea rose group. The plant forms an upright, well-branched bush 90 to 180 cm tall with large, leathery, dark green foliage.

Flowers are of a classic goblet shape with a high center, reaching 9–12 cm in diameter and containing 25 to 35 petals of an orange-red or salmon-orange hue.

The variety is a repeat bloomer and maintains its ornamental qualities from June until frost. It possesses high resistance to black spot, medium resistance to powdery mildew, and high frost resistance, corresponding to USDA zone 4.
