Milly Winterjewel is a compact, well-branched shrub with a height of 40–50 cm. The variety belongs to the modern shrub group and can be used as a groundcover or border plant, as well as grown in containers.
The plant forms semi-double cupped flowers 5–6 cm (up to 7–8 cm) in diameter, pure white in color with yellow stamens, clustered in inflorescences. The foliage is dark green and glossy. Flowering begins in late May or early June and continues until late autumn.
The variety possesses high disease resistance and extreme winter hardiness down to -35°C. The bush maintains a dense shape and does not lodge. Due to the flower structure, the variety is attractive to bees.
