The variety is an upright compact bush 80–120 cm high and about 60–70 cm wide. The foliage is dark green, glossy. The flowers are large, 12–15 cm in diameter, goblet-shaped, double, numbering from 26 to 50 petals. The flower color is orange-red with a yellow reverse side.

The plant is repeat-flowering, blooming in waves from May until frost. Flowers on shoots are located mainly singly or in clusters of 1–3. The variety has high resistance to powdery mildew and black spot, as well as to heat. Winter hardiness corresponds to USDA zone 6; covering is required in cold climates.
