The Star 2000 variety belongs to the Hybrid Tea rose group and is intended for cultivation in open field and protected cultivation. The plant reaches a height of 80–100 cm; the shoots are covered with a large number of thorns. The foliage is medium-sized and leathery; young shoots exhibit a purple or reddish-green tint.
The flowers have a high-centered conical shape, becoming flatter over time, and consist of 35–43 petals. The bud color is orange-red and is resistant to weather changes. The fragrance is faint fruity or absent. The variety possesses good disease resistance and requires covering in severe winters.
