The Ruicharm variety (trade name Charming Festival) belongs to the group of cut roses. The flowers are double, with coloring ranging from medium-pink to a yellow-red bicolor.

The plant has a bush or narrow bush growth habit of medium height. The variety is intended for commercial cut-flower cultivation and has been used as a reference sample for the examination of other varieties.
