The variety Scholtec, also known by the trade name Cool Water, is a cut rose with large double flowers of high-centered shape. The flowers have a mauve shade and belong to the violet blend group.

The plant has an vigorous growth habit and forms long, sturdy stems. The variety is distinguished by high yield of cut stems and good post-harvest longevity.

During cultivation, moderate resistance to black spot and powdery mildew is noted, as well as good resistance to Botrytis.
