The Tanigino variety, also known as Magic Blanket Cityflor or Neige d'Été, forms a compact shrub 30–50 cm in height, sometimes up to 80 cm. The plant is characterized by a broad, sprawling growth habit, forming dense carpet-like thickets with glossy foliage.

The flowers are pure white, semi-double, with a light sweet fragrance; flowering continues throughout the season. The flowers have self-cleaning properties.

The variety possesses high resistance to powdery mildew, black spot, drought, and heat, as well as good winter hardiness. It is suitable for urban landscaping, slope stabilization, and creating dense mass plantings in landscape design.
