The Wekstephitsu variety belongs to the shrub group. The plant forms a vigorous upright bush 120 to 180 cm tall with strong shoots. The flowers are double, have an old-fashioned form, and are gathered in inflorescences.

The petal color changes dynamically from saturated purple tones in the buds to deep wine and lavender-blue shades when fully open. The variety is remontant and blooms repeatedly throughout the season.

The plant possesses high resistance to major rose diseases, such as powdery mildew and black spot. Winter hardiness corresponds to a temperature range down to -25...-26 °C.
