Variety description
10 August 2026
The variety is a compact evergreen shrub 25–50 cm in height, which makes it lower-growing compared to the wild species. The plant has a dense bushy form with dark green, glossy, and rigid cladode shoots, ending in a prickly point.
The plant is hermaphroditic, which ensures reliable and abundant formation of large bright red berries that remain on the bush for a long time. The variety is adapted for cultivation in shaded conditions and "dry shade", where other plants develop poorly.
