The variety belongs to energy crops grown for the production of raw materials for solid biofuel. The plant is capable of forming biomass in the conditions of Ukraine, while scientific studies note an applied interest in issues of survival rate and annual shoot growth.
During studies of planting material, susceptibility of cuttings to mold infestation was revealed under certain storage conditions, depending on processing methods and maintenance regimes. There is insufficient data in publications on the morphological traits of adult plants or their field resistance to diseases.
