Variety description

The plant has a compact habit with upright stems forming a semi-upright, vase-shaped clump 36 to 61 cm tall. The foliage is dark green. Flowering is continuous, lasting from late spring to the first frost, with flowers gathered in spike inflorescences.

The variety has high resistance to heat and drought, as well as to deer browsing. For full growth and flowering, it requires well-drained soils and a location in the sun (minimum 4 hours of direct light per day). The plant attracts bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds, and does not require regular deadheading.
