The plant has lanceolate, sword-shaped, vertically growing leaves. Their coloration combines deep green tones with lighter stripes and a characteristic golden-yellow border along the edges.

The height of adult specimens in indoor conditions varies from 40–45 cm to 120 cm. The variety is characterized by its resistance to irregular watering and its ability to adapt to light levels ranging from diffused light to partial shade.
