The plant is a compact upright bush with oval or elliptical leaves featuring a dark green center and a creamy-white or pale yellow margin. The pink-purple flowers are gathered in clusters. Plant height is 25–35 cm, with flower stalks up to 50 cm.
The variety is intended for decorative use in rockeries, rock gardens, borders, and container cultivation. The flowering period occurs from May to July; repeat flowering is possible in autumn if spent flower stalks are pruned. The variety is winter hardy (zones 5–9), relatively low-maintenance, drought-tolerant, and requires well-drained soils without stagnant moisture in the winter period.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
