The variety Adamset F1 is a hybrid of the Solanum lycopersicum L. crop of an indeterminate growth type. The plant carries the resistance gene Mi-1.2, which provides moderate resistance to the root-knot nematode isolate Meloidogyne incognita A-11.

This variety is used for professional and scientific purposes, including as a model organism for studying plant physiology and the effect of light intensity on the activity of antioxidant enzymes. The variety is included in the Common Catalogue of Varieties of Vegetable Species of the European Union.
