The Allflesh 915 tomato belongs to the "tuttapolpa" (all-flesh) group of varieties. The fruits are characterized by high density and fleshiness due to the high thickness of the pericarp, contain little liquid, and are intended exclusively for the industrial production of tomato pulp and fillets.
The variety is cultivated in open field conditions. It possesses resistance to Verticillium wilt (V), Fusarium wilt (F 1-2), and certain types of nematodes (N).
