The Atlantic City variety, also known as FMX 58, is a medium-sized determinate plant with curled foliage. The fruits of this variety are characterized by their large size, firmness, smooth round shape, and high uniformity.
The plant possesses genetic resistance to Verticillium wilt race 1, Fusarium wilt races 1 and 2, gray leaf spot, and Alternaria stem canker. An important characteristic of the fruits is the lack of a joint on the pedicel, making the variety suitable for mechanical harvesting.
