The tomato variety «Báb» is included in the official registers of the Slovak Republic. It is used in academic publications as an object for comparative analysis of fruit quality.

In scientific research, the carotenoid content in fruits was recorded at a level of about 4.8 mg/100 g, and the lycopene content was also analyzed. Detailed agronomic characteristics of the plant, such as height, maturity group, and growth type, are absent from open sources.
