The plant has high growth vigor and large leaves. The fruits, weighing about 130 g, have a rich red color and dense, firm flesh. The fruit shape is characterized by the absence of pronounced ribbing, but the presence of characteristic scar tissue and small concentric protrusions near the stem.
Seedlings are planted in the open field after the end of frosts with a spacing of 70 cm between plants. Fruiting continues from August until the onset of cold weather. The variety is traditionally used fresh, in particular for salads and slicing, and requires uniform watering to protect against cracking.
