The "Old Brooks" variety is an indeterminate plant, maturing in 75–85 days. The fruits have a bright red color, a round shape, and a weight from 120 to 300 g. The flesh is firm, the taste is balanced with a sourish note. The variety is characterized by resistance to early and late blight, as well as to blossom end rot.
The "Brooks" F1 hybrid is indeterminate, the ripening period is 110–115 days from emergence. The plant forms fleshy red fruits of an elongated shape weighing about 250 g with a low seed content. It is intended for cultivation in greenhouses and under film shelters.
