The hybrid Cardiola F1 (factory number E15B.43530 F1) belongs to the oxheart type (Allongée cœur). The plant is characterized by a balanced generative development type and a high fruit-setting capacity. The fruit has a firm consistency, attractive color, and stable size.

The variety has high resistance (HR) to Tomato mosaic virus (ToMV:0–2), Tomato apex necrosis virus (ToANV), Tomato brown rugose fruit virus (ToBRFV), leaf mold (Ff:A–E / Pf:A–I), Verticillium wilt (Va:0, Vd:0), and Fusarium wilt (Fol:0,1). Intermediate resistance (IR) to Stemphylium leaf spot (Ss) is also noted.
