Carovita is an indeterminate tomato hybrid. The plant's fruits are orange in color, oblate in shape, weigh from 130 to 150 grams, and form in clusters of 3–4. The variety is intended for commercial production.

The plant possesses the ability for parthenocarpy, allowing for fruit formation without fertilization. The fruits exhibit an increased beta-carotene content compared to a number of other varieties.
