Variety description

The variety is an indeterminate plant with a bipinnate leaf petiole type. Fruits at maturity stage have a red color and a round shape in longitudinal section. Characteristic fruit features include the presence of 4, 5 or 6 locules, the presence of a joint on the pedicel and a "green ring" before full maturity; there are no green stripes on the fruits.

The variety is susceptible to the root-knot nematode Meloidogyne incognita. Regarding Verticillium wilt, a lack of resistance to race 0 was noted.
