The plant is characterized as vigorous and fast-growing. Fruits have a cylindrical shape resembling a mini-pepper. The hybrid is distinguished by a low level of susceptibility to blossom-end rot.

The variety possesses high resistance to tomato mosaic virus (strains 0–2) and Fusarium wilt (races 0–1). Intermediate resistance is noted to root-knot nematodes, and reduced susceptibility to gray mold has also been recorded.

The origin of the hybrid is linked to the crossing of San Marzano and Datterino varieties.
