The "Luigi F1" hybrid is an early-maturing indeterminate plant for protected cultivation. Its "salatette"-type fruits have a round shape, dark red color, and a mass of 220–300 g. The hybrid is characterized by firm walls, keeping quality, and resistance to tomato spotted wilt virus, mosaic virus, Fusarium, Verticillium, and nematodes.
The collection variety "Serdtse Luigi" is an indeterminate mid-season tomato with large heart-shaped crimson fruits weighing from 200 to 500 g. The fruit flesh is meaty, with a small number of seeds. There are also other amateur varieties, for example, "Lu-Gi-lai," which belongs to the cherry type.
