The Nemarex variety, often designated as TmC3FN, is a source of genetic resistance to tobacco mosaic virus, leaf mold, Fusarium wilt, and root-knot nematodes. It contains the Mi resistance gene; however, studies indicate the possibility of susceptibility to specific nematode species, such as Meloidogyne enterolobii.
In global breeding practice, the variety is used as parental material for creating new tomato lines and hybrids resistant to a complex of diseases. There is no information in open sources regarding plant morphological traits, fruit characteristics, or maturity periods.
