The Reddy F1 hybrid is characterized as an early-maturing plant of the determinate type with a compact bush and a well-developed root system. Good foliage provides protection for the fruits from direct sunlight.

The fruits have an oval or plum shape, an average weight of 80–90 g, and a deep red color without internal veins. Due to the dense structure and thick walls, the hybrid has high transportability and is suitable for both fresh consumption and industrial processing.

The plant is resistant to Verticillium and Fusarium wilt, nematodes, and fruit cracking. Some sources also indicate resistance to tomato spotted wilt virus. Under certain conditions, cultivation is possible without side-shooting and staking.
