Hybrid PL 0548 F1 is early-ripening, the ripening period is 90–100 days. The plant is of a determinate type with developed foliage providing protection of fruits from the sun, characterized by intensive fruiting.

The plum-shaped fruits have a dense structure and bright red color. The variety is suitable for fresh consumption and processing, possesses good transportability and uniformity of produce.

The plant is intended for open field, demonstrates stability under high solar activity and moisture deficit. The hybrid is resistant to Fusarium wilt, Verticillium wilt, Tomato spotted wilt virus, Tomato yellow leaf curl virus, Alternaria blight and bacterial wilt.
