The Rodomonte F1 hybrid belongs to the oxheart-type fruit category and is intended for the fresh market. The average weight of one tomato is 120–130 grams; the ripening period is characterized as mid-early.

The plant has high resistance to tomato mosaic virus (ToMV), tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV), Verticillium wilt (Vd), and Fusarium wilt (Fol 0, 1). Medium resistance to tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) and root-knot nematodes (Ma, Mi, Mj) is also noted.
