The plant is tall, reaching a height of 1.3 to 2.0 meters, and requires staking and suckering. It is recommended to prune the plant to 2–3 stems. The variety is an heirloom, which allows seeds to be saved for planting in subsequent seasons.
Fruits weighing 100–150 g have pronounced ribbing, red coloration with golden or orange stripes, and firm walls. Inside, the tomatoes are practically hollow, with a small amount of seeds and gel, which ensures their stability when baked and a lack of tendency to crack.
