The Terra Cotta F1 hybrid is a mid-early determinate plant approximately 80 cm in height. The fruits are oblate, bright red, weigh 180–200 g, and are distinguished by a dense structure and resistance to cracking. The hybrid possesses complex resistance to Fusarium wilt, Verticillium wilt, mosaic viruses, and spotted wilt, as well as intermediate resistance to late blight.

The Thorburn's Terra Cotta variety is an indeterminate plant up to 200 cm in height. The fruits have an unusual honey-brown color with green shoulders, orange-pink flesh with green gel, and a sweet taste with a fruity aftertaste.
