The variety is a hybrid (F1) belonging to the fresh market tomato category, frequently used as snacking fruit. The breeding is based on heirloom black tomato varieties of Crimean origin.

The fruits have an oval shape with green stripes; in configuration, they are slightly more rounded than other mini-plum tomatoes. The weight of one fruit is approximately 30–35 grams.

The tomatoes are distinguished by a sweet taste with umami notes and an increased lycopene content. In professional vegetable farming, the variety is encountered in the form of grafted seedlings, including for organic farming.
