The variety is intended for industrial processing, including the production of tomato paste, juices, and canned products. It was specifically adapted for mechanical harvesting and intensive cultivation on large areas with the use of irrigation.

The fruits of the variety are characterized by a dense structure. The variety possesses tolerance to Fusarium wilt and was often used in scientific research as an object for studying tissue regeneration and genetic variability.

At present, the variety is considered obsolete and has the status of delisted in many current registers.
