The variety belongs to the Marmande type and is characterized as a resistant, undemanding plant with good vigor. Upon full ripening, the fruits have a firm structure and a uniform red color.
The plant has high resistance (HR) to tomato mosaic virus (ToMV), Fusarium wilt (Fol:0-1), Verticillium wilt (Va/Vd), and leaf mold (Pf: A-E), as well as intermediate resistance (IR) to the pathogen Pn, which causes corky root rot.
