Xerany tomato belongs to the small-fruited tomato segment. The fruits have a uniform size, ivory-colored shape, and a characteristic green shoulder. The fruit structure is characterized as crunchy.

The plant has a vigorous growth habit and is easy to maintain agrotechnically. Harvesting is possible both individually and in whole trusses with a recommended pruning scheme of up to 12–14 fruits per truss.

The variety has high resistance to tomato mosaic virus, Cladosporium, Fusarium wilt, and Verticillium wilt, as well as intermediate resistance to nematodes. Used fresh, for salads, pasta, and baking.
