The first-generation hybrid Zeplin F1 is a mid-early variety with a compact plant and a well-developed root system. Good foliage cover provides protection for the fruit, which contributes to tolerance to high temperatures.

Oval-shaped fruits weighing about 120 g have three locules, high sugar content, and intense coloration. The hybrid is characterized by high fruit firmness before and after harvest, as well as high yield, which allows it to be used for mechanical harvesting and industrial processing.
