The variety is open-pollinated, not a hybrid. The plant is distinguished by a vigorous, well-branched bush 45 to 90 cm in height. The fruits have a teardrop or oval-elongated shape, reach a length of 15–18 cm, and possess glossy dark purple skin and tender white flesh without bitterness.
The period from germination to technical maturity is 75–105 days. The variety shows resistance to drought, as well as to diseases such as Phomopsis, Verticillium wilt, and neck rot. The fruits are suitable for long-term storage and various methods of culinary processing.
