The tree is distinguished by a narrow, vertical, "spire-like" crown shape, reaching a height of 4–6 meters. The leaves are pinnate, bright green in color, and turn shades of orange, red, and purple in the autumn period. White flowers are gathered in corymbose inflorescences and appear in late spring or early summer.
The fruit has a bright yellow color, sometimes with a reddish tint, and ripens by late summer or early autumn. The variety is winter hardy, adapts to urban conditions and various soil types, provided that drainage is ensured. The plant shows resistance to common tree diseases and is used for ornamental purposes.
