Variety description

The variety is apomictic and characterized by rapid growth at a young age. The mature tree reaches a height of 6–8, sometimes up to 10 meters. The trunk is straight; the crown of young plants is conical, becoming ovate and rounded over time.
The leaves are simple, ovate, dense and leathery, dark green and shiny on top, grayish-tomentose underneath, with a serrated margin. In autumn, the foliage turns a bright yellow color. The fruits have an oblong shape and brown coloration, and are edible when ripe.
The plant possesses exceptional heat and drought tolerance, due to which it is used in landscape design for creating alleys and park landscaping.
