The variety is intended primarily for forage purposes. The plants are distinguished by rapid initial growth and good tillering. The average stem height is approximately 158.75 cm. The variety is multi-cut, which allows for up to three harvests during the growing season.

The chemical composition of the biomass is characterized by a crude protein content of 9.6%, crude fiber of 41.2%, crude ash of 6.9%, and crude fat of 0.4%. The variety is also used in research as a crop for soil phytoremediation.
