The hybrid is a tall plant with a height of 90–110 cm and a loose-clumped panicle about 30 cm long. The thousand kernel weight varies from 26 to 33 g; the endosperm has a balanced structure with an equal ratio of vitreous and farinaceous parts.

The grain is characterized by a high starch content of about 78%, a protein content of more than 10–11%, and a very low tannin level of less than 0.14%. The hybrid possesses good lodging resistance, as well as high resistance to Fusarium, charcoal rot, and apical sterility.

The plant demonstrates a pronounced stay-green effect and excellent initial growth rates. For full maturity, the hybrid requires a sum of active temperatures of about 1790°C with a base of 6°C. The purpose of the crop includes fodder production, the food industry, and bioenergy.
